All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours (Monday–Friday) from the time the order is placed. Delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days anywhere in Romania from the moment your product is shipped.
Exceptions:
- Each personalised piece is thoughtfully created just for you — please allow up to 14 days for preparation.
- Orders placed during busy periods such as sales, new collection launches, or holidays – where delivery may take up to 10 working days.
- Return: 30 Ron flat rate return shipping paid by cutomer, Romania
- Return: 160 Ron flat rate return shipping paid by cutomer, Germany
